Xocomil Cloud

Named after the famous Xocomil winds of Lake Atitlán, Guatemala, this drink celebrates the place where the coffee is grown. Much like the Van Duzer winds here in Oregon, the Xocomil helps shape the landscape and agriculture of the region.

Featuring El Pacayal cold brew shaken with chocolate and nutmeg, then topped with an amaretto cold foam inspired by the clouds over the lake, the Xocomil Cloud is a refreshing tribute to coffee, place, and terroir.

The baristas are knowledgeable, helpful, and always take utmost care in creating drinks that look great and of course taste great.The coffee and espresso rotates out weekly, and they create new roasts every so often. Everything about this place is incredible.
