Holiday Schedule

As we all know, the holidays are fast approaching. Here are some tips to help ensure uninterrupted service from Caravan Coffee during the upcoming busy months:

• ADVANCE ORDERING – The earlier we receive your order, the more efficiently we can process it. Orders placed after 10 A.M. may be subject to a delay during this busy season.
• WEATHER DELAYS – Shipping delays are a reality during the winter months. Make sure you have a few extra days’ supply on hand in case your order is delayed due to inclement weather.
• HOLIDAY SCHEDULES – Order heavy the week(s) prior to upcoming holidays to account for closures and shipping delays. Caravan makes every effort to keep our customers apprised of holiday closures and changes in our schedule via notices and phone reminders.

The holiday schedule for Thanksgiving week (November 24-28) is as follows. Please note, all deliveries will be made 1 day earlier than normal and all orders must be in BEFORE 10 A.M. on your appointed roast day as listed below:

Monday:

– Regular shipping service

– Roast for Portland/Metro area customers

Tuesday:

– Regular shipping service

– DELIVER to Portland/Metro area

– Roast for Salem/McMinnville/Newberg area customers

Wednesday:

– Regular shipping service

– DELIVER to Salem/McMinnville/Newberg area

– Roast for shipping and Will Call customers

Thursday:

– CLOSED for Thanksgiving – NO shipping services (pickups or deliveries)

Friday:

– CLOSED – NO shipping services (pickups or deliveries)
