Grown across multiple regions of Honduras, this coffee brings together the work of over 400 women producers through the NKG Bloom initiative. Farms sit between 1,100–1,600 meters, where steady climate and elevation support slow cherry development and consistent quality across harvests.
This lot reflects a collaborative model at origin, where producers have access to technical support, improved inputs, and long-term market relationships. Within our S.E.T. - Social. Environmental. Traceable - sourcing framework, this coffee represents a commitment to sustainability and economic transparency, ensuring that quality and impact move together from farm to cup.
The name Gea, inspired by the idea of creation and foundation, recognizes the role these women play in shaping both their farms and their communities. Many manage every stage of production while also leading their households, making this coffee a reflection of both craft and resilience.
Fully washed for clarity and structure, this coffee expresses a deeper, more grounded profile. Notes of molasses lead with rich sweetness, followed by warming spice and a nutty, structured finish.
This versatile roast performs well across all brewing methods. We particularly enjoy it as drip, where its depth and balance create a consistent, comforting cup.
Fulfillment Schedule
We fulfill online orders on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. All orders are assigned to our fulfillment schedule by 10 a.m. Mondays, and any orders placed after that time will be scheduled for fulfillment the following week. Recurring orders are charged on Fridays and ship by the following Tuesday.
