Summer brings one of our favorite opportunities each year: sharing a coffee that captures the character of its origin.
This special release comes from La Victorina, the farm of Eduardo and Delfina Ramirez in the renowned Tarrazú region of Costa Rica. Grown at nearly 1,900 meters and carefully washed to highlight clarity and sweetness, this Villa Sarchi offers a vibrant cup with layers of cacao nib, juicy red grape, and rich brown sugar.
Working alongside a local processing partner, the Ramirez family has access to the resources and market connections that allow exceptional coffees like this to reach roasters around the world while preserving the identity of every lot.
The result is a beautifully balanced light roast with bright fruit, refined sweetness, and a clean finish, perfect for pour over or drip coffee for anyone looking to experience one of Costa Rica's most celebrated growing regions.
Fulfillment Schedule
We fulfill online orders on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. All orders are assigned to our fulfillment schedule by 10 a.m. Mondays, and any orders placed after that time will be scheduled for fulfillment the following week. Recurring orders are charged on Fridays and ship by the following Tuesday.
