Peru Vida-Alta is one of our favorite current coffees. The forward-thinking farmers who supply the cherries for this specific coffee are working to improve the standard of living of their families. These farmers practice careful water management, and are concerned about protecting the environment. They also produce their own fertilizers for the coffee trees, have organized together, and work with a legal association.
