  • Learn advanced theory and apply the concepts of sensory analysis from a physiological, scientific and statistical perspective. You must demonstrate the ability to host and control a proper cupping to SCA global standards for quality control, in-out testing, triangulation, and more. Learn to utilize and recognize fragrances and aromas specifically from Le Nez Du Cafe to correlate with the Coffee Taster’s Wheel. Finally, learn to prevent biases and errors from entering your coffee laboratory and quality control atmosphere.
  • Ideal for all coffee professionals with significant sensory experience who wish to integrate a holistic approach to quality control and artisan coffee production for your team or company.
  • Those who pass both the Practical and Written Exams will receive SCA Certification for successful completion of this course as part of the Coffee Skills Program with the SCA.
