Here in America many of us take a fully belly for granted–yet in some coffee-growing regions, food insecurity is a huge issue. Hunger leads to malnutrition, the greatest cause of death and disease among children in these settings.

The Specialty Coffee Association of America’s (SCAA) Sustainability Council is changing this.
